The living area is very spacious, with a non-extendable sofa that easily accommodates 2 people for sleeping. Additionally, there is a smart TV with Netflix.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet the needs of everyone, from those who want to cook a simple omelet in the morning to those who prefer to prepare complex dishes. The kitchen includes: an oven, hood, gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, and a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine. It is stocked with all the necessary kitchen utensils for various dishes. Moreover, there is a complete dining set for 2 people and glasses for most types of beverages.
